Manage full wedding day execution from initial vendor arrival through final breakdown. Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for all vendors while communicating setup instructions clearly. Coordinate placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor. Support the wedding party and family members with guidance and timing cues. Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for. Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a smooth guest experience.
