Wedding Planner

Conduct final details calls with clients four to six weeks prior to weddings to confirm logistics, timelines, and expectations. Lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsals the day before, ensuring participants are confident in timing and flow. Serve as the primary advocate for couples onsite, maintaining a solutions-focused presence while overseeing ceremony and reception setup. Manage full wedding day execution from initial vendor arrival through final breakdown, greeting and directing all vendors. Coordinate placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, and décor elements. Support the wedding party and family with guidance and timing cues. Proactively manage and resolve issues or last-minute changes to maintain a smooth guest experience. Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for. This contract role offers a flexible schedule with training provided for the 2026 season.
