Job Summary
Guide couples through every stage of their journey, from initial consultation and proposal to planning, coordination, and successful event execution. Collaborate closely with culinary, events, rooms, and other operational teams to deliver personalized celebrations that reflect the Fairmont brand and exceed guest expectations. Manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring flawless execution of timeless gatherings and celebrations. Fluent Japanese is required, with English communication skills preferred. Previous experience in wedding planning, event planning, or luxury hospitality is preferred, along with strong organizational and project management abilities.
