Job Summary
Pack event and wedding flowers and materials, then drive the cargo/box vehicle to transport florals and decor from the studio to venues in the Chicagoland area. Execute full installs, flips, and strikes by setting up and breaking down hardware, floral decor, greenery, table decor, arches, and mechanics. Clean and prep glassware, organize the studio, and assist head floral designers with basic event prep. Greet and engage with customers onsite while maintaining an upbeat attitude and solving problems under time pressure. Requires weekend availability, ability to work long hours on feet, and occasional heavy lifting.
