Wedding Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee and facilitate all parish wedding ceremonies at All Souls Catholic Church. Serve as primary point of contact for engaged couples, coordinate rehearsals and ceremonies, and ensure liturgical accuracy in collaboration with clergy, music directors, and parish staff. Communicate parish policies and Catholic wedding guidelines clearly, maintain wedding bookings and required documentation, and manage timelines and logistics to ensure smooth, respectful ceremonies aligned with Catholic liturgical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and schedules effectively
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required for rehearsals and weddings
- Understanding of Catholic wedding liturgy and practices preferred
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or parish ministry preferred
- Commitment to upholding the mission and values of the Catholic Church
