Job Summary
Develop and launch tentpole marketing campaigns to attract new readers or re-engage lapsed ones, overseeing all aspects from development to market launch. Manage ongoing paid media spend for performance marketing agencies, designing programs to optimize customer acquisition metrics. Track and report campaign performance against platform metrics and brand health indicators like awareness and perception. Explore new channels and partnerships to unlock audiences, while owning the marketing calendar to coordinate promotions across key moments. Requires 7+ years of experience in entertainment or fandom-driven industries, with a strong understanding of growth marketing and global cross-functional collaboration. Salary range is $120,000 - $160,000 annually.
