Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships for action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans. Assist with short-form video content distribution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels while writing copy for owned-and-operated channels. Manage Ambassador community operations, recommend influencers based on demographics and metrics, and update upload schedules using tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ. Optimize thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for both owned and influencer channels. Track content performance and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming
- You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- You're overflowing with social media ideas based on pop culture, memes, and stories
- You thrive on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences
- You can work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
