Job Summary

Own and maintain project schedules across marketing, creative, and partner workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines while flagging risks before they become problems. Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval, coordinating feedback across internal stakeholders and Marvel/Disney partners to track versions and sign-offs. Drive deliverables to completion by holding internal teams, agencies, and partners accountable to timelines and keeping every workstream moving. Run the operating rhythm of the team by organizing meetings, capturing action items, and following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Serve as the central point of coordination across the team, staying on top of who owes what and proactively unblocking work as launch priorities shift. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is the connective tissue across the team, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to ambiguity and enjoys keeping cross-functional teams aligned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or a marketing/creative environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive accountability and influence teams without direct authority
  • Experience coordinating asset review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners
  • Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic work environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus
