Job Summary
Provide troubleshooting and basic WordPress support for client sites via email, chat, and calls, including site updates on Elementor and other WordPress builders. Troubleshoot themes, plugins, and core updates; work with the development team on more complex issues and site enhancements. Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service, training, and ongoing updates while supporting WordPress and Elementor developments during a night-shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and core updates
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with the Elementor platform
- Excellent written communication skills for customer support
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work night shift
