Job Summary
Entry-level Website Support Specialist (L1) at Team Velocity, onsite in our Phoenix/Mesa, AZ area, responsible for prioritizing and resolving website support requests via email, phone, and web submissions; maintaining website content and inventory; documenting and reporting product malfunctions; collaborating with Onboarding, OEM, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams; building knowledge of Team Velocity products and Apollo platform; leveraging HTML/CSS web-building skills and knowledge of Salesforce/Jira as a plus; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in a customer-support-like role, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Customer Support or similar role
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, web-building software, and content management systems
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver with an ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely
