Job Summary
Assist customers with website tools and digital solutions by providing guidance on web design and digital marketing. Troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Requires fluency in German and English, along with knowledge or experience in digital marketing or web design. This role operates Sunday through Friday with rotational shifts from 05:00 to 20:00, including a Saturday shift and one rotational day off. Uber support up to 25€ is provided for early shifts.
