Job Summary
Own and continuously improve the osapiens website, focusing on user experience, journeys, and conversion. Manage the external website agency, handling briefings, prioritization, implementation, and delivery while coordinating projects across Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales teams. Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify friction points, then turn insights into UX and conversion improvements validated through A/B testing. Work directly in the CMS to create pages, implement content changes, and manage smaller improvements independently. Prioritize the website roadmap based on user needs, data, and business goals. This role requires 2–5 years of B2B website management experience and fluent English. Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B website management, digital marketing, growth, UX or conversion optimization, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience developing and optimizing B2B websites and a good understanding of user journeys, UX principles and online user behavior
- Strong analytical skills and experience using website and user behavior data to identify problems and make decisions
- Experience with web analytics and user behavior tools and a good understanding of website performance and conversion metrics
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating external agencies or development partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Ability to structure requirements, set priorities and explain the reasoning behind your decisions
- Comfortable working directly in a CMS and making website changes independently
- A good technical understanding of websites and the ability to work effectively with technical teams
- Fluent English
