Job Summary
Website Developer to support evolution of Aircall's marketing website within the Marketing team, collaborating with Design, Growth Engineering, Product Marketing, and Content. Responsibilities include building and updating pages using Storyblok and Next.js, translating designs into pixel-perfect web experiences, collaborating on A/B tests and landing pages, maintaining site health and QA, ensuring load speed and accessibility, and monitoring performance with Google Analytics/Hotjar. Requires 1–3 years (or more) front-end experience, a Bachelor's in Computer Science/Web Development, proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, experience with Storyblok and Vercel, and strong cross-functional communication. Early-career-friendly environment in a fast-paced B2B SaaS setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- 1–3 years or more of experience in front-end development or website operations
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with modern frameworks like React/Next.js
- Experience working with headless CMS (e.g., Storyblok) and deployment tools like Vercel
- Familiarity with SEO principles, conversion best practices, and UX basics
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple site updates in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and adapt to feedback quickly
