Job Summary
Develop new website designs using provided content, incorporating SEO best practices and responsive design principles. Update and maintain existing websites by implementing custom code integration, new page development, and image editing tasks like background removal and color correction. Evaluate client design requirements and platform constraints to deliver accurate modifications that meet client expectations. Respond to client inquiries via email and ticketing systems to resolve website concerns and troubleshoot basic issues. Complete all assigned tasks within established turnaround time standards while maintaining high-quality output across all builds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Industry knowledge, with a foundational working knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, CSS, and Javascript), best practices for website design, and modern SEO/AIO
- Foundational knowledge of best practices for user experience and graphic design, with the ability to interpret and implement design instructions and apply independent design judgment when specific direction is not provided
- Ability to effectively utilize industry-related systems and tools including Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, website editors, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, and IDEs
- Problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to adapt processes to changes in technology
- Written communication skills with the ability to correspond professionally with clients and internal partners, applying strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills to all written output
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal partners, and teams across the organization
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and within established turnaround time standards
