Job Summary
Website Content & Lead Generation Manager responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads by optimizing website content across B2B and Custom areas, developing demand generation strategies to convert prospects, and aligning content and journeys with target accounts. Manages end-to-end website conversion funnels (landing pages, CTAs, forms) to improve lead quality and pipeline impact. Leads content development for B2B audiences, including personas, journey maps, and vertical-specific strategies (hospitality, wellness centers, gyms, spas); optimizes content (landing pages, case studies, thought leadership) to ensure a seamless Sunlighten brand experience. Oversees CRO initiatives (A/B testing, UX improvements, funnel optimization), analyzes GA4/Hotjar/CRM data to identify friction points, supports SEO and AI/GEO optimization efforts, and collaborates with marketing, sales, designers, and developers to manage website roadmaps and multi-project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, website content management, or demand generation
- Proven success managing marketing campaigns, lead generation projects, and website content to support sales pipelines
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX improvements, and lead-focused website management
- Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, personas, and vertical-specific content strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Highly resourceful, proactive, and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (GA4, Hotjar, CMS platforms, CRM systems)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams
