Webmethods Platform Developer & Administrator

Job Summary
WebMethods Platform Administrator to manage IBM/Software AG WebMethods environments across development, test, and production landscapes. Responsible for administration, operation, maintenance, security, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the WebMethods platform; serve as the primary technical owner to ensure high availability, stability, performance, and adherence to corporate standards. Collaborate with integration developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders. Key duties include platform configuration and tuning, upgrades and migrations, incident and problem management, monitoring and logging, governance and best practices, and mentoring junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering IBM/Software AG WebMethods environments
- Strong knowledge of: Integration Server Universal Messaging API Gateway My WebMethods Server
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
- Experience managing middleware environments in enterprise-scale organizations
- Strong understanding of: TCP/IP DNS SSL/TLS Firewalls Load Balancers Reverse Proxies
- Experience with platform monitoring and log analysis
- Experience performing upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities
Desired Qualifications

- Software AG certifications are highly desirable (optional mention)
