Webmaster / CMS Specialist (Drupal & WordPress)

Job Summary
Execute structural and content updates on Drupal and WordPress sites, building landing pages from UX wireframes. Troubleshoot third-party integrations including tracking pixels and Google Tag Manager, while conducting routine maintenance, broken link fixes, and mobile responsiveness testing. Diagnose formatting breaks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, flagging risky requests to protect mobile experience and proposing workable solutions. Leverage AI tools to support strategy development and execution. This role supports Bastyr University's health and educational web properties in a fully remote, flexible part-time capacity of approximately 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, verifiable experience managing complex Drupal environments
- Experience working with WordPress
- Solid frontend skills, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Proven ability to work with third-party tracking and embedded tools such as GTM, pixels, and iframes
- Comfortable using AI to improve workflow, planning, and execution
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with EOS, L10 meetings, and Agile marketing workflows, or willingness to learn them
