Job Summary
Own and execute the B2B webinar program end-to-end across enterprise thought-leadership streams and partner series, managing the full production pipeline from strategy and scripting to multi-channel promotion. Secure and coordinate partner-led content with ecosystem teams and third-party publishers like LinkedIn and Google, overseeing briefing, script oversight, and syndication models to maximize lead quality and cost efficiency. Launch and manage LinkedIn Live companion channels, coordinating gated registrations and repurposing content across YouTube and LinkedIn Live with a focus on AI discoverability. Partner with growth marketing on commercial accountability, including pipeline attribution, UTM tracking, and budget management, while directing contingent workers supporting production logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing webinars or a similar live/branded content series
- Experience managing partnership or co-marketing relationships (e.g. with an Ecosystem/partnerships team) to secure and coordinate partner-led content
- Comfortable managing third-party publishers or agencies (e.g. sponsored or syndicated content deals) - briefing, negotiating scope, and holding them accountable for quality
- Strong guest/partner sourcing and relationship management skills - comfortable pitching, briefing and managing talent (internal and external)
- Comfortable owning production logistics and coordinating with video/creative teams
- Possess working knowledge of webinar platforms (e.g. Goldcast, YouTube, LinkedIn Live) and campaign tracking (UTMs, registration/MQL reporting)
- Are calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions and shifting stakeholder schedules
