Job Summary
Manage project timelines, configure and test webcast delivery platforms, and prepare event content including audio, video, and presentations. Provide live event support, troubleshoot technical issues onsite or remotely, and execute run-of-shows for multi-location speakers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, manage contingencies, and recommend improvements during meetings. Ensure high-quality streaming experiences for mission-critical communications while building strong client relationships. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to complex, adrenaline-filled events.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English and French
- Previous project management/coordination experience and demonstrable capabilities in managing end to end work projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Structured work style to cater for multiple simultaneous projects
- Self-propelled mindset
- Curiosity and enjoyment of finding solutions to situations not faced before
- Ability to work onsite at 4 rue Charras, 75009 Paris
- Ability to work from home

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in audio/video production, streaming, computer hardware/software, internet and corporate networks
- Being creative and having a flair for technology to learn and apply new technologies quickly and with passion
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications – Photoshop & Premiere Pro
