Job Summary
Roadway Maintenance Technician for Webber, a Ferrovial company, responsible for maintenance and servicing repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets, including pothole repair, striping, lighting, signage, guardrails, and related traffic control during incidents. Tasks include setting up safe MOT/TTC zones, transporting crew and equipment, operating large trucks and trailers, and assisting law enforcement with traffic management. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2 years in infrastructure/maintenance, valid driver’s license, and CDL Class A preferred with certifications (TTC, NIMS) and ability to respond to incidents. Works in Murfreesboro, TN with availability for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Emphasizes safety, PPE, and adherence to contractual requirements; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Two (2) years' work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, or repair environment (Preferred)
- A valid driver’s license (Required)
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A (Preferred)
- Must be able to obtain Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification within three (3) months of hire
- Must be able to complete National Incident Management System (NIMS) training within the first month of hire
- Towing and driving history with three (3) years of CDL Class A experience in manual transmission (Preferred)
