Webber - Road Maintenance Technician - Bowen - Infrastructure Management

Conduct daily maintenance, servicing, and repairs of roadways, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure assets per contract standards. Setup and remove traffic control devices including cones, signage, and arrow boards to ensure safe maintenance of traffic. Perform repairs on bridge structures, equipment rooms, ventilation systems, and electrical components such as CCTV and emergency telephones. Maintain and repair highway surfaces including potholes, striping, and reflectors while removing debris and litter. Transport crew and equipment to work sites operating large trucks, specialized motor vehicles, and snow removal machinery. Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, and aerial lifts to maintain signs, guardrails, and lighting. Manage vegetation growth using mowing equipment, trimmers, and chemical sprayers. Available for emergency response rotations requiring overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
