Job Summary
Operate a fuel and service truck to distribute fuel, perform lubrication, and conduct preventative maintenance on heavy construction equipment at field projects. Execute inspections, perform light repairs, and maintain work vehicles and areas to ensure a safe environment. Read specifications, lubrication charts, and manuals while completing service-related paperwork in a timely manner. Use hand and power tools effectively and communicate with vendors, supervisors, and operators. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures throughout the role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license, Commercial – CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Two to five or more years of experience as an Fueler / Servicer, preferably in the field
- Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds
- Climb, kneel, twist, and bend in a various environment
- Must have own hand tools
- Have manual dexterity enough to use tools and work with the fingers
- Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
- Ability to apply concepts of basic Math concepts including calculating totals
- ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE UNITED STATES: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America
- Candidates who are identified and selected for a position are required to complete and pass a drug screen
- Candidates who are identified and selected for a field position are required to complete and pass a medical exam
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: three or more years related construction experience preferred
