Webber - Pipelayer - Waterworks

Lay pipe for storm drainage, sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems. Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using cement or glue. Install and use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, and transit levels. Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers. Cut pipes to required lengths. Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing. Comply with all safety policies and practices. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Perform other duties as assigned.
