Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices; comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts; basic maintenance and repair of bridge structures and equipment rooms; repairs/maintenance of drainage, electrical systems, CCTV, lighting, and traffic-signage; drives and transports crew/equipment to sites; available for emergency response rotations including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays; maintains highways and medians, vegetation, and signs; demonstrates safety, PPE usage, math skills, and ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents; education includes HS diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience; valid driver license and driving record required; CDL/DOT/Electrical/Welding certifications are highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (Required)
- One (1) year work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair.
- A valid driver license and a good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
- CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding Certifications (Highly Desirable)
