Operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with front-end buckets to load materials from stockpiles, excavations, and batch plants. Signal truck drivers for positioning and adjust equipment as needed while avoiding hazards like utility lines and falling objects. Start engines, control throttles and levers, and perform basic servicing such as oiling and greasing. Comply with all safety policies, report unsafe activities, and provide leadership through example and knowledge sharing. Work outdoors in changing weather conditions performing heavy physical tasks.
