Job Summary
Positioning and securing foundation within the frame using manual and powered tools to clip, tie, and staple components. Obtain frames, apply propex to the bottom while maintaining proper distance from all rails, and stretch buttons and backs side to side and front to back. Apply cardboard to arms and thumbrolls as needed, then perform constant self-inspection to maintain quality and notify supervision of any issues. Prepare frames for 8 Way Hand Tiers coil application and execute rush pieces from staging to ensure supply continuity. Maintain production levels meeting departmental standards, care for company tools, and report equipment problems promptly. Requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
