Job Summary
Seeking experienced and detail-oriented Estimating Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive construction cost estimates. Responsible for managing the estimating team, developing detailed cost estimates, reviewing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and continuously improving estimating processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards.
