Job Summary
Build high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor based on approved Figma designs, translating wireframes into responsive, clean, and modern layouts. Manage updates, revisions, and content implementation across active client sites while executing SEO fundamentals including metadata, image optimization, and plugin configuration. QA each site thoroughly before handoff, covering mobile performance, accessibility basics, and page speed. Collaborate closely with designers and account managers to maintain design integrity, resolve layout challenges, and communicate clearly regarding timelines and deliverables. Work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time in a fast-paced agency environment where you help service businesses grow through high-quality websites, SEO, and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with WordPress
- 3+ years building websites in Elementor
- Proven experience translating Figma designs into clean WordPress builds
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with SEO plugins like Yoast, RankMath, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a creative eye for layout and design
- Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Agree to Lago's Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement
Desired Qualifications
- Elementor (Pro preferred)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with other page builders (Divi, Breakdance, Bricks)
- Experience creating supporting assets such as graphics or simple design elements
- Familiarity with website hosting, staging environments, and domain/DNS management
