Job Summary
List and sell retail products online while maintaining production goals. Provide exceptional guest service by answering emails and questions professionally. Test and clean items to ensure accuracy, then use multiple tools to determine precise pricing. Remove personal data from electronics, research sale values and model numbers, and photograph items with high quality. Describe condition cosmetically and functionally, then ship sold items safely within one business day. Achieve daily and monthly web sales targets while communicating effectively with the team. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to strict organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Previous eBay/online listing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Point of sales systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
