Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of website initiatives across a main website and its network of mini-sites, coordinating across Development, Design, Marketing, and HR. Balance competing priorities, manage risks early, and drive process improvements. Use data and analytics to inform optimization decisions. Translate business needs into clear project tasks, manage priorities to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Lead development team activities including capacity planning, daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow optimization. Remote, contract role based in Boca Raton, FL; 3+ years web/digital project management, 1+ year business analysis, experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, CMS platforms, and web analytics; strong communication and data-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of web/digital project management experience
- 1+ year of business analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and web analytics tools
- Strong communicator - able to present to stakeholders and resolve cross-team conflicts
- Data-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
