Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of website initiatives across a main website and network of mini-sites, coordinating daily work across Development, Design, Marketing, and HR; balance competing priorities, manage risks early, and adapt to shifting requirements; keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle; drive process improvements for faster, more predictable delivery; support change management during major website transitions; translate business needs into clear project tasks and manage priorities to meet quality standards; lead development team activities including capacity planning, daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of web/digital project management experience
- 1+ year of business analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and web analytics tools
- Strong communicator - able to present to stakeholders and resolve cross-team conflicts
- Data-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
