Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of website initiatives across the main website and its network of mini-sites, coordinating content updates, feature releases, technical improvements, and integrations while keeping multiple departments aligned. Lead daily work across Development, Design, Marketing, and HR; balance competing priorities, manage risks early, and adapt as needed. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle; drive process improvements to increase speed and predictability; support change management during major website transitions; use data and analytics to inform optimization decisions and recommendations; translate business needs into clear project tasks and priorities; lead development team activities including capacity planning, daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of web/digital project management experience
- 1+ year of business analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and web analytics tools
- Strong communicator capable of presenting to stakeholders and resolving cross-team conflicts
- Data-driven, solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
