Own end-to-end delivery of website initiatives - content updates, feature releases, technical improvements, and integrations. Coordinate daily work across Development, Design, Marketing, and HR. Balance competing priorities, manage risks early, and adapt when things shift. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Drive process improvements that make the team faster and delivery more predictable. Support change management during major website transitions. Use data and analytics to inform optimization decisions and recommendations. Translate business needs into clear project tasks, managing priorities to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Lead development team activities: capacity planning, daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow optimization.
