Job Summary
Collaborate with product marketing, corporate messaging, and creative teams to prioritize content and deliver cohesive web experiences for industry pages on salesforce.com. Accurately represent Salesforce's AI narrative in web content while using AI-assisted tools to streamline QA, optimization, and generative drafting. Test pages for responsiveness, validate assets against SEO guidelines, and support demand generation through web form creation. Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure accurate, error-free delivery of published pages.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing web and content production for an enterprise organization
- Basic understanding of information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and visual design initiatives
- Understanding of web image optimization and best practices, using various tools to deliver high quality imagery with the least impact on performance
- Experience working in development, staging, and production environments of WordPress, and syncing changes across environments
- Working knowledge of (or strong interest in learning) AI-assisted productivity and content tools, and the judgment to review and validate AI-generated work before publishing

- Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to 'turn on a dime,' think through problems to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., Slack, Gemini, Claude Code, AI design tools) in a marketing, content, or web production context
- Genuine curiosity about how AI will reshape web content production, and enthusiasm for adopting new AI-powered workflows as they emerge
