Job Summary
Web Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying responsive websites and web applications; writing clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers; optimizing for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility; debugging issues; staying updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks; integrating APIs and back-end systems as needed; maintaining documentation and version control with Git.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio or projects required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular)
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby (depending on role)
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
