Job Summary
Design and implement features across the stack including API, UI, and data layers with limited supervision. Own services in production by deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting incidents to drive root-cause fixes. Contribute to system architecture and technical direction while actively participating in code reviews and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements in an Agile environment. Requires seven years of SWE experience, a Bachelor's degree, and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Located in Laurel, MD, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and salary range of $108,000 - $169,500.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes
- Compliance with DOD 8570.01 with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, Security +)
- Professional work experience with PHP
- Professional work experience with .Net

Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on AWS experience (IAM, EC2, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) and/or Azure equivalents
- Experience with Nginx/Apache/Tomcat configuration and performance tuning
- Scripting/automation with PowerShell and/or Python
- familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting production services and participating in on-call/incident response
