Job Summary
Build and maintain high-performance landing pages that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot forms and tracking. Own the technical tracking stack including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side implementations while developing A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates. Ensure technical SEO health by managing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to guarantee clean data flow from web forms to the CRM and manage website security, hosting, and plugin integrations. Requires 5–7 years of front-end experience with React, WordPress, or headless architecture. This role bridges engineering and marketing performance to accelerate the company's growth trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on marketing sites (React, Web flow, or similar)
- Experience with Wordpress
- Experience with headless architecture
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 configuration
- Experience building custom integrations via Zappier or native APIs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub
- UX/UI design background or familiarity with design tools
- Prior work with marketing or agency environments
