Job Summary
Execute day-to-day website updates, publishing, and maintenance within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), supporting the transition from legacy CMS by validating content and adhering to governance standards. Improve engagement and search visibility by applying UX/UI principles, conducting competitive analysis, and managing Google Analytics and Search Console for North America. Collaborate with global teams to align regional workflows with corporate standards while adapting content structure for user journeys and business objectives. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to enhance content discoverability and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience focused on content authoring, page creation, updates, and publishing (not platform administration or development)
- Experience managing website content in a CMS environment
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics
- Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and content adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)
- Interest or exposure to AI-driven search trends (GEO/AIO)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or B2B technology environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), or other marketing automation platforms
- Exposure to global, multi‐region website governance and localization workflows
- Proven success in effectively facilitating planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non‐technical teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage large volumes of stakeholders and projects, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational skills
- Solutions-oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage own workload
