Job Summary
Design and maintain websites and software applications using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. Direct team members on content creation, validate test routines across browsers and devices, and evaluate code for industry standards and compatibility. Resolve conflicts by conferring with teams to prioritize needs and choose solutions, while identifying and correcting issues uncovered by customer feedback. Manage Zoho automation requirements for clients, translating business concepts into the Zoho system interface and coordinating with support teams to develop workarounds for system limitations.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech (IT), B.E (CS), or any special technical qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience

- Understanding of Zoho suite of applications with specific emphasis on CRM, Inventory, Projects, Analytics, Creator, and the Zoho marketing suite
- Ability to translate business concepts into the Zoho system interface and meet the client requirements through customizations or back-end coding
- Coordinate with the Zoho support team and effectively resolve issues that require attention or come up with alternate solutions
- Take note of client requirements from a system point of view and highlight any limitations to the project leads immediately
- Be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with Zoho and the nature and the extent of the same
- Develop workarounds within the system so that in the case of system limitations, one can suggest alternate ways
