Job Summary
Build new WordPress websites from concept to launch, configure WooCommerce e-commerce functionality, and develop internal tools for staff workflows. Maintain existing sites by updating plugins and themes, troubleshooting bugs, and managing SiteGround hosting tasks. Monitor e-commerce features and checkout flows, while maintaining HubSpot integrations for forms and tracking. Provide light design support using brand assets and AI-generated content to ensure visual consistency. Work remotely 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Compensation is $7 per hour with no benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites
- Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce setups
- Familiarity managing sites hosted on SiteGround (or comparable hosting platforms)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (forms, integrations, or workflows)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with a US-based client
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Must have a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Must have 40 hours per week availability
- Must work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday
