Job Summary
Web Developer at ECPI University responsible for design, development, optimization, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of dynamic web properties supporting paid media and digital marketing goals. Independently manage development initiatives from requirements through deployment and maintenance, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and design teams to implement scalable, secure, and performant web applications and landing pages. Focus on usability, accessibility, CRO, page speed, SEO, and secure coding standards; support campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting; maintain deployment workflows and version control; communicate timelines and risks to leadership; share knowledge and problem-solve with the development team. Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred. 3–5 years of progressive web development experience; strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Git, and web analytics familiarity.
