Job Summary
Develop and enhance Drupal-based websites and applications within the Donor Engagement Platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability. Oversee Drupal as the CMS for the DEP system, integrating it with Google Analytics and Google Tags while implementing robust audit, monitoring, and archival solutions. Lead core execution teams, mentor junior members, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions through close collaboration with product managers, designers, and IT stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, write clean scalable code, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Report to the PDT Delivery Lead for strategic direction and day-to-day management within Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- 5-8 years of experience in DRUPAL development
- strong portfolio of Drupal projects and DRUPAL Pantheon
- Ability to independently manage and resolve all incoming Drupal requests
- Proficiency in PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with DRUPAL 8/9, including custom module and theme development
- Strong understanding of DRUPAL architecture, APIs, and best practices
- Experience in developing custom Drupal components and integrating Drupal as a headless CMS with mobile applications
- Proficiency with Git or other version control tools like GitHub Advanced Security
- Proficient in caching strategies and CDN mechanisms
- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and Personalization techniques
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tags integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Demonstrate ability to interpret and work with data (e.g., dashboards, reports, data quality concepts)

Desired Qualifications

- Experience in developing custom Drupal components and integrating Drupal as a headless CMS with mobile applications
- Strong familiarity with integrating Drupal with mobile and web applications
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes), Development Environments
- Familiarity with JFrog for artifact management
- New Relic for application performance monitoring
- Paper Trail for log management
