Job Summary
Develop and manage WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and custom blocks from concept through deployment. Troubleshoot functionality, performance, and compatibility issues while optimizing caching, CDN configuration, and Core Web Vitals. Maintain staging environments, manage backups, migrations, and security updates, and integrate APIs with CRM/ERP systems. Apply technical SEO and AODA accessibility standards to all deliverables. Collaborate with the Marketing/Creative team to translate designs into functional sites. Requires 5+ years of experience with PHP, JavaScript, and Git. Must have a valid driver's license. Salary commensurate with experience.
