Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end applications using React JS, Java, and Node.js with a focus on Test-Driven Development and Trunk-Based Development. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to provision scalable infrastructure, while managing CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments. Manage Azure Container Apps, Service Bus, and API Management to ensure microservices resiliency and decoupled communication. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization to maintain system reliability and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement in software delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on DevOps practices
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development used for enterprise level applications
- Serverless architecture
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Event Driven Architecture
- Microservices Architecture
- React JS
- Java and/or Node.js
- Oracle PL/SQL (preferred), or any relational databases (MySQL or MSSQL)
- PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, or any relational database
- PowerBI
- Azure integration services (API Management, Service Bus, Event hub/grid, Azure Data Factory)
- RESTful API Development
- Experience with TDD, TBD, IaC, CI/CD, and SRE practices
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in using Distributed Application Runtime (dapr), Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling (KEDA)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Understanding of security best practices in the DevOps lifecycle
- Experience creating micro-services and developing APIs from scratch with segregation of concern employed in the design to ensure availability and resiliency of the service
- Experience with workflows like Spring Workflow or Temporal or experience creating custom workflow using step functions or similar tech stack from scratch
- Experience setting up service package(s) along with its infrastructure requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Experience in a DORA elite-level or high-performing software delivery team
