Job Summary
Web Designer focused on Cosmetics brand presence, leading Website & eCommerce Design and Digital Marketing Creative for the Cosmetics category within the design team. Responsible for designing and maintaining responsive brand websites and PDPs, developing campaign landing pages, and producing digital marketing assets across social, email, and paid channels. Will collaborate with development and marketing teams to optimize site performance and user engagement, ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, and support product launches through integrated design solutions. Opportunity includes relocation support and visa sponsorship (H-1B/O-1) with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly compensation projected between $22.75-$44.50/hour (annualized to $47,360-$92,560).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or Web Design
- 4–6 years of experience in web design/digital design/graphic design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar design tools
- Experience designing eCommerce content including PDPs and campaign pages
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and digital consumer experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
