Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field
- 4+ years of professional design experience specializing in responsive websites within an in-house creative team or agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and accessibility
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD or similar, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive UI frameworks
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience with CMS (AEM) and front-end familiarity (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) preferred
