Job Summary
Design visually engaging, responsive landing pages, campaign pages, and gamified web experiences for desktop and mobile. Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with User Acquisition, CRO, Brand, and Development teams. Develop reusable design components, style guides, and scalable systems to ensure consistent implementation across devices and browsers. Optimize layouts for usability, accessibility, and performance, then support A/B testing by iterating designs based on user feedback and data.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in web design, UI/UX design, digital design, or a similar role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating modern website, landing page, and digital interface design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience creating components, prototypes, and design systems
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, accessibility, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to turn complex business or marketing requirements into clear and intuitive digital experiences
- Good understanding of conversion-focused design and the role design plays in user acquisition and customer journeys
- Experience preparing organized, implementation-ready files and collaborating effectively with developers
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality while working across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing high-performing landing pages for paid marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, or similar landing page and CMS platforms
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, or using performance data to improve designs
- Experience designing interactive, animated, or gamified web experiences
- Experience in the gaming, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile entertainment industries
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, or basic animation tools
