Job Summary
GrowSquares is seeking a Web Design Intern to lead the development of key website assets and enhance the brand across web platforms. Responsibilities include ensuring visual quality and user experience, creating and maintaining branding style guides, and supporting team and community members. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field, at least two years of experience in UI/UX or visual design, and familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years within Bachelor degree in a design-related field, though master’s preferred
- At least two year’s experience in either UI/UX, product or visual design, with an emphasis on web-based products
- An understanding of user research methods, preferably with experience in interviewing users and synthesizing results
- Experience with creating, maintaining and updating branding style guides and component libraries
- Extensive knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Framer, or others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Interest in the outdoors and gardening
