Job Summary
Web Content Specialist responsible for maintaining and optimizing Redemption Plus's digital experience across content, ecommerce, SEO, analytics, and technology. Tasks include managing product information, digital assets, descriptions, metadata, and category structures across CMS/PIM; creating and optimizing product pages, landing pages, blogs, and other content; improving search visibility with on-page SEO and keyword research; configuring GA4 tracking and analyzing user behavior to boost engagement and conversions; leveraging AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency; collaborating with Marketing, IT, Product Solutions, Sales, and external partners; and supporting web production, QA, and responsive design using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and CMS tools. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to align content with business objectives, support lead generation and digital sales enablement, and contribute to ongoing digital platform optimization and performance measurement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2–3 years in ecommerce/digital roles, CMS/SEO proficiency, HTML/CSS familiarity, GA4 experience, and strong writing and organizational skills, with a hybrid work arrangement in Taunton, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Ecommerce, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, web content management, digital marketing, SEO, or related digital operations roles
- Experience working with CMS platforms and website content management
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content optimization
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design concepts
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication and content development abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
