Job Summary
Manage and publish digital content across Kerr's global online channels, coordinating with editors, authors, and localization teams to execute site launches, campaigns, and product updates. Oversee the full publishing lifecycle, ensuring thorough quality assurance checks for functionality, formatting, brand alignment, and user experience across devices. Support UI/UX activities, monitor site performance to drive data-driven improvements, and maintain backend workflows in Magento, DXP/Drupal, and JIRA. Identify and report website issues and enhancement opportunities in partnership with development teams. Balance workload between 60% content publishing and 40% implementation and site maintenance while managing SKU-level product data and DAM compliance.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in related program
- 3-5 years of experience as a Web Publisher
- deep expertise in CMS platforms, especially Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA
- Solid foundation in web disciplines, including UX, design principles, and content best practices
- Familiarity of Oracle back-end systems
- Familiarity with Widen/DAM applications
- Skilled in copywriting and editorial quality control to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of published content
- Fluent in English
- Proven project management experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Strong ownership of timely, accurate content delivery and professional execution
- Clear, effective communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical issues
- Excellent time‐management and organizational abilities
- Self‐starter with an initiative‐driven, solutions‐oriented mindset
